You may have heard we are hiring at Free Mama, and it’s exciting and scary, to be honest. It made me really ask what do we want. We need experience, but it’s really important, the person aligns with our values, our mission, and fits in with the team.
If someone said to you “think of a person with success,” most would think of educated, smart, and experienced people. Yet, successful people are proactive, resourceful, intentional and push past their limiting beliefs. They don’t always have big formal education credentials.
Entrepreneurs want people that share their vision, understand their needs, and who takes intuitive. We gotta stop with the “I’m not qualified or experienced enough. ” We have to value ourselves, our skills, and what we have to offer. That’s what makes us hirable.
Remember, “Everybody starts at ground zero!” Just Start!
