You cannot keep pushing without rest unless your goal is burnout.

We, as business owners and moms, tend to take on way more than we can handle sometimes.

But we cannot forget to take care of ourselves. We have minds, bodies, and souls, and the maintenance of these things is what keeps us going. It’s what keeps us alive.

I think we hear the words “self-care” a lot and think facials and mani/pedis, but it’s much more than that.
