68: We Can Do Hard Things

When you first started your online business you were excited by the possibilities and newness! It’s that honeymoon phase! Life is good!

Now that hard work has hit and you’re in execution mode, the doubts and impatience have the potential to get the best of you.

Or maybe, you just got back from vacation and you haven’t been eating well or moving your body *guilty* and it feels really hard to get back into solid routines and healthy habits that will serve you.

Or maybe, you’ve had kids home all summer and you are having trouble finding the motivation to kick your business into gear now that the back-to-school countdown is on.

Wherever you’re at right now, in this episode, you’ll get the reminder you may need right now that you can do hard things!

In Today’s Episode We Discuss:

  • Getting back into a routine
  • Doing hard things to make necessary changes
  • How I overcame hard things this summer on my 6-week family RV trip

We all have goals of what we want for our business, our health and our relationships.  You can visualize how it’s going to go and then something gets in the way or shifts.  Now, things aren’t clear, you’re doing the work, but you can’t see the progress, and you’re feeling unsure of what’s going to happen.

What do you do?  Stick with it.

Let’s be honest, in our lives and business we experience amazing highs and not-so-fun lows. On our RV trip, we had some magical experiences, that gave me goosebumps and some lows where I just cried.  We have to experience these moments, celebrate the wins, get back up in the lows, and not beat ourselves up.

“You can do the hard things,” you know you can, the only way to the top of your goal is to do the work.  Hard things don’t go away, they shift and change, but you take the good with the bad and accept the diversities.

Listen, you’re not alone, you have support, guides, resources, and a map to follow, along with an amazing community that is here just for you!  So, keep doing the hard things, creating the good habits, and making those choices to grow.
