Happy Women’s History Month

This time of year always gets me thinking—about the fierce ladies of the past, sure, but also about sourdough.

Yes, you heard right.

Sourdough.

And babies.

And businesses.

And, oh, those dreamy 10k months.

We’re living in a world our grandmothers could only have imagined, where our “daily grind” could mean anything from our Starbucks order to setting up a service-based business between playdates.

Isn’t it wild?

We get to do both.

Whether you’re in the season of life where you’re perfecting that sourdough starter with a baby on one hip and a laptop on the other, or you’re all in on chasing those 10k months—or hey, why not both?—it’s all on the table.

We get to decide if today’s office is the kitchen table, a home office, or a blanket fort in the living room. Daycare, grandparents, stay-at-home dads, or homeschooling while building a naptime empire—it’s all fair game.

Super cool women throughout history fought for our right to vote, to work, to own property, and so much more. And now, thanks to their battles and the internet’s boundless opportunities, we get to craft lives and careers that fit us like a glove.

Or, you know, a really comfy pair of yoga pants.

So this Women’s History Month, let’s pour some fizzy water out for the ladies who made this all possible.

Let’s celebrate the fact that you don’t have to choose between family and financial stability…

You can have both.

Let’s not waste it.

Wishing you all the freedom, choices, and maybe a little bit of that sourdough success.

PS. If you’re burnt out, feeling unaligned, and need more freedom…The Free Mama Membership is for you.
