“The Riches are in the Niches”

Have you heard that saying?

Well, over here at The Free Mama, it’s something we take very seriously, mostly because we know it’s one of the things that Free Mamas struggle with most.

I usually see this happen for two reasons:

1. There are so many things you can do, and so you feel hesitant about ditching any of them, because what if you miss an opportunity?

2. There is nothing you feel like you can do. You either haven’t worked in years or you’re coming from a profession where this transition to the online space just doesn’t make sense… yet!

No matter which camp you’re in, I understand it’s difficult to declare yourself an expert at any one thing.

What if you change your mind?
What if you pick the wrong thing?
What if you can’t deliver?
What if someone wants to hire you for something else?

What ifs are exhausting. The truth is, I’ve coached thousands of freelancers, and in order to build your business and monthly revenue with more ease, you need to find your niche and get really good at it.

Here’s the good news… it’s a whole lot easier to learn how to do one thing really well than to try to be good at everything.
